3. Description of the Site and Services

The site provides information about Veloryx learning tracks and enables you to contact admissions. The site may include schedules (for example, published periods such as June–July 2026), curriculum outlines, and instructor or expert bios.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update, modify, add, or remove site content at any time, including course descriptions, schedules, formats, and availability. We may also discontinue any part of the site without notice.

Veloryx does not offer automatic enrollment on this website. Submitting a form is an inquiry and does not constitute a binding purchase, acceptance, or reservation unless and until Veloryx confirms next steps in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site in a lawful, respectful manner. You must not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloryx Learning GmbH and its directors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloryx’s total direct liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Veloryx in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if any) or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veloryx Learning GmbH and its directors, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the site; (b) your submission of information through the site; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Force Majeure

Veloryx will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, power failures, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, or cloud infrastructure failures.

11. International Use

Veloryx is based in Munich, Germany. We make no representation that the site is appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access the site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you reside.

To the extent permitted by law, the courts located in Munich, Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site.

13. Dispute Resolution (Informal Process)

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and provide a brief written description of the dispute and your requested resolution. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally within thirty (30) days. This does not limit your right to pursue consumer claims in an applicable forum where such rights cannot be waived.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site (including blocking IP addresses or submissions) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk or harm to the site, its users, or Veloryx.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Contact.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Veloryx regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.

17. Assignment

Veloryx may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

18. No Waiver

Failure by Veloryx to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of future enforcement of that provision or any other provision.

19. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective fourteen (14) days after the updated Terms are posted on this page, unless a change is required by law or is needed to address security or operational issues, in which case it may take effect sooner.

Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as by email, and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.
